空壓機轉[Zhuan]子間隙調節依據标準淺議

空壓機轉子是高[Gao]速[Su]轉動的,而端面是靜止,它們(Men)之間存在有一定的間隙,而(Er)壓縮機功率(Lü)越大(Da)所調的間隙也[Ye]會增[Zeng]大。壓縮機轉子在裝配時很重要的一步[Bu]就是調節其間隙,調大的話影[Ying]響壓[Ya]縮機排(Pai)氣[Qi]量,小的話容易[Yi]摩擦發生高(Gao)溫現(Xian)象。螺杆壓縮[Suo]機的排端間隙是是設計者在[Zai]設計的時(Shi)候确(Que)定了的。一般[Ban]間隙是根據(Ju)機器的大小、運行工況、轉子及其缸(Gang)體的材料等因素定[Ding]的。間隙隻(Zhi)要在一定的範圍内,不會影(Ying)響[Xiang]機器的正常運[Yun]行。

General clearance is determined by the size of the machine, operating conditions, materials of the rotor and its cylinder. As long as the clearance is within a certain range, it will not affect the normal operation of the machine.


如果空壓機機頭使用多[Duo]年[Nian]後需要大修,維[Wei]修時最[Zui]好是能從制(Zhi)造廠商那了解該機[Ji]頭(Tou)的間隙範圍,而(Er)且最好是能[Neng]在拆機(Ji)器(Qi)的時候測[Ce]式該(Gai)機器準确的間隙值,安裝[Zhuang]的時候盡(Jin)量保(Bao)證這(Zhe)個間隙值。當然,各個廠家的結構不一樣,間(Jian)隙調整也有區别,要具體問題具體[Ti]分[Fen]析。如果所說的機頭[Tou]故障(Zhang)屬于工[Gong]況環境導緻,可以(Yi)通過惡劣工[Gong]況下用空氣過濾器,改善運行環(Huan)境,從[Cong]源[Yuan]頭呵護主機,降低[Di]運行成本。

螺杆空[Kong]壓(Ya)機主機的進、排氣端面間隙,主要是考慮(Lü)密封腔中的各個熱[Re]膨脹所引起的情況,因此[Ci]留有不同間(Jian)隙。此[Ci]外,又因排氣端的受力大于進氣(Qi)端,所以在排氣端用了止(Zhi)推軸承。排氣[Qi]端間隙[Xi]過大,影響壓縮效率;過小,熱(Re)膨(Peng)脹間隙也[Ye]要必(Bi)須保證。這時,也要考慮[Lü]到軸承(Cheng)的遊隙。在維修(Xiu)主[Zhu]機時,可以适當放寬一點,主[Zhu]要是保證正常運轉。轉子與機(Ji)殼之間的間隙,大體上同上。螺杆主(Zhu)機是精密部件,要充(Chong)分掌握相關(Guan)維修技術,才能進行很[Hen]好地維護。最後,将維修好的主[Zhu]機進行相(Xiang)關的檢查,再(Zai)按部就[Jiu]班地進行總裝試車後投入運[Yun]行。

Finally, the repaired main engine is inspected and put into operation after commissioning.
